The NeedleTech Total Quality Management System focuses on Product Engineering, Product Assurance and individual attention to detail.

The Product Engineering function starts with the Sales Engineers who scrutinize customer drawings, looking for areas of concern as well as ways to make the product more efficient to produce.

The Product Assurance group, with the assistance from Project Engineering, will build a comprehensive document package for every product we build. This package can include:

– Drawings
– Routings
– Bills of Material
– Control Plan
– Flow Chart

With a final set of drawings and a control plan, production begins. Our Manufacturing Engineers and Quality Engineers are responsible for all:

• New process validations
• New equipment IQ, OQ & PQ.
• Process FMEA’s
• Risk management

100% inspection of all sharps completes the process.

Our goal is to become an integral part of our customers New Product Introduction Strategy.
